What I Know Wednesday..
I'm Absolutely Crazy for old Rhinestone! I know, Duhhhhh, obviously with making jewelry from old finds I must have a fondness for Sparkle. I Love Old Sparkle, the darker the metal and the more sparkly the rhinestone the more I Love it! Do you know, I can't make a piece of jewelry with out some piece of rhinestone in it? Really, It HAS to have a bit of Sparkle somewhere in the piece, Ive tried to make piece's without rhinestone and you know what? I Can't! I'm afraid it's a bit of a Obsession. I could jump into this bowl of sparkle, really I could. This post came about due to the fact, I had to clean up and organize my work desk(yet again),when I have to move to the floor to lay out a piece of jewelry to work on, I know I'm in Trouble! Always on the Hunt for old Sparkle! Happy Wednesday, Jamie

I have found so many treasures over the years at yard sales, estate sales and auctions - big, glorious brooches, necklaces, bracelets dripping with jewels. I'd wear them for a while and then sell them. I have to admit I wish I had kept some of the treasures because you just don't see them again...so I understand! Jennifer

duh...i feel the same way about mirrors...gotta have at least one or two {sometimes 5} in each room.

Jamie - I LOVE your sparkle! I have received more COMPLIMENTS on my new necklace that I got from you at Kim's last event. LOVE IT!!! And I've even brought out my old gold earrings to wear with it! It's been nickel and silver for so long . . . I almost had to dust them off! :)
Keep on creating!!! I wish I had just a fraction of your talent. My goal in life is to learn how to solder. LOL!
Bryanna recommended a kit, I bought it, now I just have to find the time to sit down and do it. Gee . . . sounds easy . . . I just can't seem to find some extra time!!
